Organized as a small group of highly qualified Senior NCOs and Officers that formed what is now a leading service and consulting company. JTilley Inc. is a team of highly respected and qualified professionals that ensure our customers receive outstanding service. On a recent contract, JTilley Inc. provided research, analysis, and development of several new Programs of Instruction (POI). Due to our exemplary performance, we have been requested to review several POIs and incorporate more interactive hands on exercises, reinforce critical teaching points, and lengthen workshop timeframes to improve retention directly for the government and our customers.
